EDMS Australia’s Fabrication Division is a specialist in medium to heavy plate and structural carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and aluminum fabrication.

Our modern 4,000m2 fabrication facility, equipped with multiple 25 tonne overhead cranes, CNC laser cutting, forming, processing and latest welding technology provides competitive, secure and safe, under roof fabrication and trial assembly.

Centrally located, in Townsville North Queensland, to support Defence, sugar milling, mining, resource processing and emerging renewable energy, rare earth, and critical minerals processing projects.

We have a long, renowned history of delivering high quality design, fabrication and installation projects in the sugar milling factory and resource process industries, fabricating air heaters, dust collectors, steel chimney stacks, ducting, storage tanks, pressure piping, process vessels, tanks, conveyor galleries, hoppers and chutes.

Each step of our fabrication production is managed and verified by following our Lloyds Register certified ISO 9001Quality Management System.

Our quality and fabrication processes include production and quality management and supervision, welding supervisors, certified welders and pressure welders, dimensional accuracy inspection and verification, non-destructive testing and provision of manufacturing data reports verifying quality fabrication.

Workplace Health & Safety

Lloyds Register certified ISO 45001 Safety Management System at EDMS Australia, managed by the Quality and Safety Manager, and supported by the Safety Administration and Human Resources team.
